高品質なグループピラティスクラスの企画・実施 / Planning and delivering high-quality group Pilates classes
参加者の体力レベルや目標に応じたクラス内での個別対応 / Providing individualized attention and modifications within group settings
安全で活気ある、Lulu らしいクラス空間の創出 / Creating a safe, energizing, and distinctly Lulu class atmosphere
開業準備期間におけるカリキュラム・スケジュール構築への参画 / Contributing to curriculum and schedule development during the pre-opening phase
クラス後のフィードバック収集と継続的な内容改善 / Gathering post-class feedback and continuously refining class content
Requirements
応募要件 / We're Looking For：
グループクラスの指導経験および関連資格をお持ちの方 / Group class instruction experience with relevant certification
国際ピラティス資格保有者を優遇 / International Pilates certification strongly preferred
STOTT PILATES® 認定資格保有者は特に歓迎 / STOTT PILATES® certified instructors are especially welcome
クラスに活気と安心感をもたらせる表現力・指導力をお持ちの方 / The presence and artistry to deliver a world-class class experience
開業準備期間中、柔軟にご対応いただける方 / Flexibility to support pre-opening preparation
