About the Role

主な業務 / Responsibilities：

Luluerの身体状態・目標に基づく個別セッションの設計と実施 / Designing and delivering personalized sessions based on each client's goals and physical condition
体姿勢・動作パターンの評価と継続的なプログラム調整 / Conducting postural and movement assessments with ongoing program refinement
Merrithew®マシンおよびアクセサリーを用いた安全かつ効果的な指導 / Safe and effective instruction utilizing Merrithew® apparatus and accessories
長期的な信頼関係の構築とクライアントリテンションの維持 / Building long-term client relationships and maintaining high retention
セッション記録の管理および進捗のフォローアップ / Maintaining session records and tracking client progress

Requirements

応募要件 / We're Looking For：

  • プライベートセッションの指導経験3年以上 / 3+ years of private Pilates instruction experience

  • 国内外のピラティス指導者資格をお持ちの方 / Nationally or internationally recognized Pilates certification

  • 国際ピラティス資格保有者を優遇 / International Pilates certification strongly preferred

  • STOTT PILATES® 認定資格保有者は特に歓迎 / STOTT PILATES® certified instructors are especially welcome

  • 高いホスピタリティ精神とプロとしての自覚をお持ちの方 / Exceptional hospitality and an uncompromising professional standard
